e-Opts.com Terms and Conditions of Use
 
  1. By joining e-Opts.com (www.e-Opts.com), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

  2. e-Opts.com subscription fees are non-refundable.

  3. e-Opts.com will charge you the non-refundable, prepaid monthly fee indicated applicable to your subscription level following your registration until you cancel your subscription. Cancellation notice MUST BE received from the Subscriber seven (7) days prior to renewal.

  4. Subscriber must promptly inform e-Opts Technologies of the following: changes in the expiration date of any credit card used in connection with the Service; changes in business/home or billing address; and apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of an Login Name or password. Until e-Opts is notified, by electronic or conventional mail, or by telephone at 206-369-8080, of a breach in security, the Subscriber will remain liable for any unauthorized use of the Service.

  5. At any time, and without cause, subscription to the Service may be terminated by e-Opts.com or the Subscriber upon notification of the other by electronic or conventional mail. When the member requests the termination, subscription fees are NOT refunded. Subscribers are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of service.

  6. Subscribers may not share their passwords or accounts with others. Each subscription is for one user only. Failure to follow this rule will result in a subscription being revoked without refund.

  7. The content and services purchased through e-Opts.com membership are for the subscriber's own private non-commercial use and enjoyment. Any other use is strictly prohibited. All memberships are provided for personal use and shall not be used for any commercial purposes or by any commercial entities. Commercial use of either the site or any content or material found within e-Opts.com is strictly prohibited. No material within the site may be transferred to any other person or entity, whether commercial or non-commercial. In addition, materials may not be modified, or altered. Materials may not be displayed publicly, or used for any rental, sale, or display. Materials shall extend to copyright, trademarks, or other proprietary notices.

  8. Access to the Site is through a combination of a Login Name and a password. Subscribers may not under any circumstances release their Login Name to any other person, and are required to keep his or her Login Name strictly confidential. Subscribers may only log into the system from two (2) separate IP addresses. Each login to the system will be recorded and a subscriber's login record will be reviewed periodically to ensure that this policy is followed. Failure to follow this rule will result in a subscription being revoked without refund.

  9. e-Opts.com will be down from 11:00 PM PST until 2:00 AM PST every night for system maintenance. The system will be unavailable between those times every night.

  10. e-Opts.com reserves the right to refuse any or all of our services to anyone we deem as having been inappropriate or who advertises in any of the public parts (forums, etc...) or our site.

  11. Notices by the Site to Subscribers may be given by means of electronic messages through the Site, or by conventional mail. Notices by Subscribers may be given by electronic messages, or conventional mail otherwise specified in the Agreement. All questions, complaints, or notices regarding the e-Opts.com membership must be directed here. All cancellations of service to a site must be directed to e-Opts.com

  12. e-Opts.com is a complicated software system and, as with all such systems, bugs do occur. As a subscriber you agree not to hold e-Opts.com responsible for, or to attempt to receive a refund from due to, existing bugs. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN based on a bug found by ANY subscriber. e-Opts.com will, in good faith, attempt to fix bugs in a timely manner as deemed appropriate by e-Opts.com management.

  13. e-Opts.com will disallow any hyperlink to e-Opts.com from your website without e-Opts.com approval.
