Here's a short list of system requirements:
 
  1. Up to date Javascript enabled web browser software!
    • * Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) v4.0 or above
    • Netscape Navigator (NN) v4.0 or above
    • AOL browser (AOL)
    • Opera browser v6.0 and above.

    * We programmed e-Opts using IE and it works best with IE... For best results, USE IE!

  2. Browser must be set to accept cookies.
    1. Internet Explorer
      • Open Internet Explorer
      • Select the "Tools" Menu
      • Select "Internet Options"
      • Select the "Security" Tab
      • Click the "Custom Level..." button on the bottom of the screen
      • Scroll Down in new window, until you find "Cookies"
      • Select "Enable" for "Allow per-session cookies (not stored)"
      • Click OK on each dialog box until you close the "Internet Options" window
    2. Netscape
      • Open Netscape
      • Select the "Edit" Menu
      • Select "Preferences"
      • Select "Advanced" Category
      • Under Cookies topic, select either "Accept all cookies" or "Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating server"
      • Click OK on each dialog box until you close the "preferences window"

  3. Browser must be set to enable Javascript.
